For allowable soil bearing values refer to the Soils Engineering, Inc. Report No. 13-14656, Dated 2-3-14. CONCRETE A. Materials: 1. Reinforcing: Deformed ASTM A615,' Grade 60. 2. BLOCKS SHALL BE UNIFORM IN TEXTURE AND COLOR. 12. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LOCATION OF UTILITIES PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AND NOTIFY ENGINEER IF CONFLICT WITH UTILITIES EXIST. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRS TO DAMAGED UTILITIES CAUSED BY HIS FORCES, BUT NOT COSTS TO RELOCATE IN THE EVENT OF PROPER NOTIFICA- TION AHEAD OF THE CONSTRUCTION. 13.
