THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN 90% RELATIVE COMPACTION UNDERNEATH THE SIDEWALK AND CURB AND GUTTER TO A DEPTH OF 6". THE LOCATION OF THE TESTS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY. 7. COMPACTION TESTS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER. THE NUMBER AND LOCATION OF REQUIRED TESTS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY ENGINEER.
