ALL GRADING SHALL CONFORM TO THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDINANCES AND STANDARDS PERTAINING THERETO (APPENDIX J CBC 2007) AND SHALL BE SUPERVISED AS ENGINEERED GRADING /N ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDINANCES. 2.
