1) Developer to do all trenching, shading, and backfilling.

description of substructures and other requirements.
3) Gas and electric facilities will require sand shading if native soil
is not rock free. PG&E will inspect backfill material.
4) Ground to be within .2 ft of finish grade prior to trenching.
5) Gas and electric facilities require at least 3' of separation (undisturbed
soil) from parallel runs of water, sewer or storm drain.
6) Pre -construction meeting required at least 2 weeks prior to start of installation.
7) Call USA at least 48 hours prior to any trenching.
8) Contact PG&E representative WARREN ALBERT prior to making any changes to this drawing.
