Re: Landscape Improvement Completion Letter (Penney Lawn Service Inc.)
Mr. Wageman:
The City of Bakersfield Department of Recreation and Parks have completed its final inspection of
the landscape improvements for Tract 7255, 7256, & 7257, more specifically, along the west side
of Allen Road and south side of Ming Avenue including interior streets: Hovingham Drive and
Pemberley Passage Avenue. At this time, the City affirms the aforementioned projects are
complete and can begin its maintenance responsibilities in accordance with City of Bakersfield
License Agreement # RP 16 -071 as it pertains to H.O.A. maintained public landscaping.
