APPLICANT TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL ANY PROTECTION EQUIPMENT (BARRIER POSTS, FENCES, ETC...) REQUIRED BY PG&E. 12. THE APPLICANT/CONTRACTOR WILL ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OF MAINTENANCE OF THE TRENCH (E.G.
