Item l: On your inspection report you noted that the underground piping information needed to be updated in the CERS database to reflect single wall fiberglass. Resolution 1: The CERS data system has been updated to reflect single wall fiberglass piping for the tank systems at this location. This information is ready for your review. Item 2: During your inspection you observed the 91 relay and the 91 tank annular sensor not operating properly and asked for them to be replaced. Resolution 2: Both the 91 relay and the 91 tank annular sensor were replaced on the day of your inspection and tested by Tanknology. A copy of the test report is attached for your records. This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7- Eleven assumes that all issues regarding this report have been resolved and are closed at this time.
