Re: Landscape Improvement Completion letter (Landscape Development, Inc.)
Mr. Eittreim:
The City of Bakersfield Department of Recreation and Parks have completed its final inspection of
the landscape improvements for Parcel Map 12100 Phase 1, more specifically, along Windermere
Street between White Lane to Loden Drive, the south side of White Lane (including medians) to
Liverpool Way and Alliston Way. At this time, the City affirms the aforementioned project is
complete and can begin its maintenance responsibilities as stated in the City of Bakersfield License
Agreement # 15 -071, more specifically, Sec. 4.2.4 Maintenance of Other Public Areas.
This letter is for notification purposes only. This letter may not be used to set any termination or
release date for any security in connection with the original agreement with the City of
Bakersfield. Securities or Deposits made may only be released at such time as a City of
Bakersfield release authorization letter is issued after the warranty period has been completed.
