Warranty Bond No. 218 75 55A ($50,762.70)
To Whom It May Concern:
All improvements for the above - referenced tract were completed and a NOTICE OF
COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK has been approved by the City and was recorded
on April 11, 2012. The Performance Bond No. 218 75 55 was previously returned.
The subdivision has successfully completed its one year warranty period and/or all
corrections have been completed, and this letter is your authorization to release the Laborers and
Materialmen Bond No. 218 75 55 in the amount of $351,796, and the Warranty Bond No. 218 75
55A in the amount of $50,762.70. The original bonds are attached.
