RE: Tract 6137, Phase 3; Improvement Agreements 07- 405(1) and 07- 406(1)
Gentlemen,
I am in receipt of your letter dated September 26, 2016 requesting an extension of time for
completing the improvements associated with Improvement Agreement Nos. 07- 405(1)
and 07- 406(1).
Your request has been reviewed. Based on the circumstances stated in your letter and
the amount of improvements remaining to be constructed, in accordance with the terms
of Paragraph 3. of the above Improvement Agreements, I am granting an extension of
one year (to November 18, 2017) from the original date of tract improvement completion
required by these Agreements.
I would request that you submit an anticipated schedule for submission and approval of
the required biological documentation mentioned in your letter, and also a schedule for
the subsequent completion of the improvements covered under these Agreements. Also,
as Tract 6137, Phase 3 recorded on December 18, 2007, any vesting rights granted under
the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinance for this Phase have previously expired.
