The Council of the City of Bakersfield, California, met
in Executive Session at 5:15 P.M., on July l, 1976 in the Caucus
Room of City Hall for the purpose of meeting with Mr. Nicholas
Counter, City's Labor Negotiator, to discuss labor negotiations.
Present: Mayor Hart. Councilmen Bleecker, Christensen, Medders,
Rogers, Sceales, Strong
Absent: Councilman Barton
Adjournment.
There being no further business to come before the
