ALL GRADING SHALL CONFORM WITH APPENDIX J — CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE AND STANDARDS PERTAINING THEREOF AND PRELIMINARY SOILS REPORT BY KRAZAN & ASSOCIATES INC. PROJECT N®. 022-16086, DATED SEPTEMBER 28, 2016. 2. ALL FILL COMPACTED TO A MINIMUM OF NINETY (90%) PERCENT OF MAXIMUM DENSITY AS DETERMINED BY APPROVED METHOD PER SECTION 3305 OF THE CURRENT CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE. 3. ALL FILL AREAS TO BE CLEARED OF ALL VEGETAION AND OTHER UNSUITABLE MATERIALS FOR A STRUCTURE FILL AND THE AREA SCARIFIED TO A DEPTH OF SIX (6) INCHES. 4. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION A N.O.I. THE NUMBER AND LOCATION OF REQUIRED TESTS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY ENGINEER. 10. AN OPEN STREET PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FOR ANY WORK PERFORMED WITHIN EXISTING ACCEPTED STREET RIGHT OF WAY.
