IF THE FINISHED SURFACE OF THE ASPHALT CONCRETE DOES NOT MEET THE SPECIFIED SURFACE TOLERANCES, IT SHALL BE BROUGHT WITHIN TOLERANCE BY E=ITHER: A. ABRASIVE GRINDING WITH EQUIPMENT UTILIZING DIAMOND BLADES (WITH FOG SEAL COAT ON THE AREAS WHICH HAVE BEEN GROUND). B. REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT, OR 16. PLACING AN OVERLAY OF ASPHALT CONCRETE. THE METHOD WILL BE SELECTED BY THE CIT" ENGINEER, THE CORRECTIVE WORK SHALL BE AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.
