CONTRACTOR WILL FIELD VERIFY FINISHED GRADES AND VERIFY THAT THERE 15 POSITIVE SURFACE DRA I NAGE AT ALL PLANTERS AND AWAY FROM ALL PLANTING HOLES. IF POSITIVE DRA I NAGE DOES NOT EXIST NOTIFY LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT PRIOR TO PROCEEDING FOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PROCEED. 14.
