IF THE TEST RESULTS FOR ANY LOT OF ASPHALT CONCRETE INDICATE THAT THE RELATIVE COMPACTION IS EITHER LESS THAN 90 PERCENT OR MORE THAN 96 PERCENT THE ASPHALT CONCRETE REPRESENTED BY THAT LOT SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH MATERIAL THAT DOES MEET THE IN-PLACE DENSITY REQUIREMENT.
