ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 9.13.050 OF THE
BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
UNREGULATED CHEMICALS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 9.13.050 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby added to
read as follows:
Chapter 9.13 UNREGULATED CHEMICALS
9.13.010 Definitions.
9.13.020 Acts prohibited.
9.13.030 Penalties.
9.13.040 Severability.
9.13.050 Incorporation by reference.
9.13.050 Incorporation by reference.
Section 9.44.090 of the Kern County Ordinance Code concerning
psychoactive bath salts, psychoactive herbal incense and other synthetic
drugs and all subsequent amendments or revisions thereto is hereby
incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth herein verbatim.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the provisions of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty (30( days from and
after the date of its passage.
