B. Alternates Automatically Replacing Youth Commissioners that Resign
Mr. Gerry stated that former Chair Reyes previously made a referral that

Commissioners that resign. Commissioner Carter seconded the motion. Motion

Mr. Gerry requested the Youth Conference be delayed until the fall. He stated
the City Manager’s Office is short staffed at this moment; logistics for such an

Ruiz moved that the Youth Conference be postponed to September 16th.
Commissioner Collins seconded the motion. Motion passed 8-0.

for the center that appeals to youth. Mr. Gerry presented the following names
for the Commission’s feedback: Employment and Achievement Success for
Youth (EASY Center), Employment Partnership Innovation Center (EPICenter),
and Training Re-engagement and Innovation Network (TRAIN). City staff
