Box 308 Oceano, CA 93475-0308 SPECIAL INSPECTION REPORT Inspection Date: September 22, 2017 Site Name: 2233 D&G Liquors Address: 2732 Brundage Lane, Bakersfield, CA The following results for the above location represent the conclusions of the Special Inspection performed on the Underground Storage Tank Lining, which are to be presented to the regulatory agency. Tank No. 1 Capacity 12,000 gallons Dimensions 8’ x 33’ Product Fuel CCR Title 23-2663 (h) Pass Fail (1) Tank has been cleaned so that no residue remains on the tank walls X (2) Determine that tank has been vacuum tested at a vacuum of 5.3 inches of Hg for not less tank one minute X (3) If the tank is constructed of fiberglass, taking interior diameter measurements to verify whether the cross-section has compressed by more than 1% of the original diameter NOT APPLICABLE (4) Visually checked the internal lining for discontinuity, compression, tension cracking and corrosion X (5) Witness ultrasound test – average of 75% or greater of original thickness X (6) Test for thickness and hardness of the lining in accordance with nationally recognized industry codes. X (7) Test the lining using an electrical resistance Holiday Detector in accordance with nationally recognized industry codes; holidays located, repaired and re-tested X Determination: Tank is suitable for continued use for a minimum of five (5) years ✓ Tank is suitable for continued use for a minimum of five (5) years ONLY if it is relined or other improvements are made The tank lining is no longer suitable for continued use and shall be closed in accordance with Article 7.
