ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 SECTION 2.28.050 AND 2.28.060
OF THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
PLANNING AND ZONING AGENCIES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Chapter 2 Sections 2.28.050 is deleted in its entirety and 2.28.060 of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows.
2.28.060 Meetings — Councilmember as advisor.
One member of the city council shall be designated by the city council to
serve in an advisory capacity, to the planning commission for a term of two
years.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the provisions of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its passage.
