Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting

mentioned real property is a result of Lot Line Adjustment P97 -0058; being an adjustment of the
boundaries of Parcels 3 and 4 of Parcel Map 6790, filed August 29, 1983, in Book 29 of Parcel Maps, Page
193, also being in the NE1/ of Section 34, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M.
