of Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that those portions of land described
on the attached Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the
State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and local
ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcels described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcels
may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.

Being a merger of those portions of land shown as Lots 4 and 5, of Tract No.
4859 Phase 1 , filed in book 37 of Maps at Page 90 in the office of the Kern
County Recorder, being also portions of the west half of section 14, T. 29 S.7 R.
29 E.., M.D.M in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California and
more particularly described as follows;
Parcel A
Commencing at a cotton picker spindle located in the centerline of Kings Canyon
Drive, 60-.00 feet southwest of the center of the cul-de-sac on said road as
shown on said Tract No. 4859 Phase 1; Thence N 370 30' 00" W7 1 6.00 feet to a
point on the northwest right-of-wa► line of said Kings Canyon Drive and the point
of beginning, said point located on a curve concaved to the southeast having a
radius of 316.00 feet, a radial through said point bears S 370 30'.00" E; Thence
southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 150 84' 24 " ", an arc
length of 85.89 feet to a point on a nontangent line; Thence N 450 13'28" W7

concaved .to the north; Thence easterly along said curve having a radius of
