This certificate relates only in issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and local
ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcels described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcels
may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.

Compliance, recorded in book 5671, page 1669 in the office of the Kern County
Recorder, being also a portion of the southeast quarter of section 14, T. 29 S.,
R. 27 E., M.D.M in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California
and more particularly described as follows;

Commencing at concrete monument located at the intersection of the center
lines of Rio Mirada Drive and Arrow Street as shown on Parcel Map No. 6774
recorded in book 29 of Parcel Maps at page 171 in the said county recorders
office; Thence N 00 06'54" E, along the east line of said Parcel Map, 389.44
feet; Thence N 89° 46'38- W along the north line of said Parcel Map, 186.51
feet to the point of beginning; Thence continuing N 890 46; 38" W, 186.49 feet;
