a. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting held November 14, 2017.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR PUBLIC HEARINGS
(Ward 1) a. Conditional Use Permit No. 15-0275: Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow
the expansion of an existing trucking yard (I 7.28.030.H) to include office, caretaker's
quarters, truck repair, and tire storage in a M-1 (Light Manufacturing Zone) district
located at 104 East White Lane. A finding that the project is exempt from the
California Environmental Quality Act will also be considered.

(Ward 3) b. Conditional Use Permit No. 17-0423: Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow
installation of three classrooms at an existing elementary school (17.64.020.13) in a R-1
(One-Family Dwelling Zone) district located at 124 Columbus Street. A finding that
the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be
considered.

(Ward 6) c. Zoning Modification No. 17-0434: Approval of a Zoning Modification to allow an
existing accessory structure with a 3 foot side yard setback where a minimum 5 feet
is required (17.10.050) in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling Zone) district located at 3812
Alum Avenue. A finding that the project is exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act will also be considered.

(Ward 2) d. Conditional Use Permit No. 17-0442: Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow
bingo games at an existing church (17.64.020.B) in a R-1/CH (One-Family
Dwelling/Church Zone) district located at 912 New Stine Road. A finding that the
project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be
considered.

(Ward 3) e. Conditional Use Permit No. 17-0445: Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a
recycling center for the purchasing of California Redemption Value (CRV)
containers from the public (I 7.64.020.B) in a C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial Zone)
district located at 6045 Coffee Road. A finding that the project is exempt from the
California Environmental Quality Act will also be considered.
