The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as
Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of
Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property
described and shown on the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" complies with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal
Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real property is a result of Lot Line
Adjustment P98 -0468, being an adjustment of the boundaries of Parcel A as shown on the Certificate of
Compliance for Lot Line Adjustment No. 324 recorded December 6, 1990, in Book 6461, Page 1429
of Official Records and its correction recorded April 6, 1992, as Document #0196048635, Official
Records, and Parcel A as shown on the Certificate of Compliance for Parcel Map Waiver No. 8 -88
recorded May 31, 1988, in Book 6127, Page 993 of Official Records, being portions of the NW ty of
Section 26, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M.
