Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property
described and shown on the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" complies with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal
Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real property is a result of Lot Line
Adjustment P98 -0408, being an adjustment of the boundaries of those portions of land shown as Lots
"A" & "D" on that Certificate of Compliance for Lot Line Adjustment P96 -0646, recorded October 15,
1996, as Document No. 0196134743, Official Records, also being portions of the SE 'A of Section 23,
T. 30 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M
Property Owners: ALBERTSON'S INC., a Delaware corporation, as to Lot D, and DONALD IC
BENEDICT and DEBORAH C. BENEDICT, TRUSTEES OF THE BENEDICT TRUST ESTABLISHED
OCTOBER 26, 1993, as to an undivided 70% interest and FADCO ENTERPRISES, a general
partnership, as to an undivided 30% interest, as to Lot A.
Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 371 -020-64 (Lot A) & 371 - 020 -67 (Lot D).
This certificate, being issued and recorded for 2 parcels, relates only to issues of compliance
