Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and
acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property described and

Legal Description
Being an adjustment of those portions of land shown as parcels A and D on that
Certificate of Compliance for Lot Line Adjustment No. 265, recorded in book
6210, page 455 in the office of the Kern County Recorder, being also portions of
the southeast quarter of section 26, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M.D.M in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California and more particularly described
as follows;

Commencing at a concrete monument located in the center line of Empire Drive
at the beginning of a curve, 125 foot southwest of the intersection of Empire
Drive and Bahamas Drive; Thence N 31 °30'00" W along a radial, 30.00 feet to
the north right -of -way line of said Empire Drive and the point of beginning, point
also being on a tangent curve concaved to the north; Thence southwesterly
