Being a merger and redivision of those portions of land shown as the northerly 60 feet of Lots 5 & 6 of Block 5 of the
Borgwardt Tract, as per the corrected map recorded January 12, 1907, in Book 1 of Maps, Page 100, together with (a)
the easterly 11.25 feet of South Tulare Street adjoining the northerly 60 feet of lot 5 on the west, vacated by order of
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern on September 29, 1930, a certified copy of said order was recorded
October 1, 1930, in Book 381, Page 220, Official Records, (b) the easterly 33 feet of the southerly 62 feet of said Lot
6, and (c) the northerly 11.25 feet of I1" Street adjoining the easterly 33 feet of said Lot 6 on the south, vacated by order
of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern on September 29, 1930, a certified copy of said order was recorded
October 1, 1930, in Book 381, Page 220, Official Records, also being portions of the NW '/4 of Section 32, T. 29 S.,
R. 28 E., M. D. B. & M.

At the request of the property owner, the undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by
ordinances offsaid City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates
of Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that those portions of land described
on the attached Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" comply with the previsions of the Subdivision Map Act of the
State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and local
ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcels
may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
