Being a merger of portions of the N.E. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 2, T. 29 S., R. 27 E.,
M.D.M., including a portion of Lot 15 of Tract No. 1064 per map thereof filed in Book 4 of
Maps at Page 115 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Kern, State of
California.

Those portions of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 2, Township 30
South, Range 27 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, including a portion of Lot 15 of Tract No.
1064, in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California per map filed May 10,
1938 in Book 4 of Maps at Page 115 in the office of the County Recorder of said County
lying with the boundaries of the following described parcels:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, being
