The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of -- Bakersfield, hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter - described parcels of land complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land. Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B. It should be noted that the preparation and recordation of a Certificate of Compliance shows that the Parcel Map Waiver conforms to the requirements of the Map Act only and should not be interpreted as the sole requirement for obtaining construction permits. It is also noted that the requirement for construction of the sidewalk on Arrow Street was deferred until development of the first parcel within the subdivision, at which time the developer of that first parcel shall construct sidewalk on Arrow Street adjacent to all three parcels. It is further noted that upon development, A. landscaping along Sillect Avenue shall be installed consistent in width and type with that installed adjacent to this site. B. a requirement for installation of standard street lights may be imposed. C. a grading plan shall be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. The drainage from each parcel may have to be retained on -site. D. a separate sewer lateral for each parcel shall be extended from Arrow Street.
