RE: Laboratory results from preliminary site assessment conducted at the
2900 Harry E. Yarnell Ct. on December 16, 2017.
Dear: Robert Medina
Upon review of the recently submitted laboratory results from your
facility, this office has determined that the extent of the contamination
plume, associated with the tank previously located on your property, has not
been adequately defined.
This office requires (in accordance with Chapter 6.7 of the California
Health and Safety Code and Chapter 16, Title 23 of the California Code of
Regulations) that further assessment be done to define the vertical and
horizontal extent of the contamination plume.
Please submit a work plan for further assessment, to this office,
within 30 days from receipt of this letter. The work plan should follow
guidelines found in: Appendix A - Reports, Tri - Regional Board Staff
Recommendations for Preliminary evaluation and Investigation of
Underground Tank Sites; July 6, 1990.
