The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, . designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory
Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the
City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter- described parcels of land
complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the
City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more
particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
It should be noted that the preparation and recordation of a Certificate of Compliance shows that the Parcel
Map Waiver conforms to the requirements of the Map Act only and should not be interpreted as the sole
requirement for obtaining construction permits.
PINEVIEW LIMITED, a California Limited Partnership, is the owner of the described parcels of land.

Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, as per map
filed October 27, 1987 in Book 36, Page 86 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence North
00 °00111" East, along the west line of said Lot 8, a distance of
837.98 feet; thence South 89 °59149" East, leaving said west line
of Lot 8, a distance of 411.66 feet to a point on the east line
of said Lot 8; thence South 00'51154" East, along said east line,
a distance of 220.33 feet; thence South 00 °00111" West,
continuing along said east line, a distance of 599.13 feet;
thence South 45 °28115" West, a distance of 35.53 feet, to the
most southerly southeast corner of said Lot 8; thence North
89 °03141" West, along the south line of said Lot 8, a distance of
389.73 feet to the Point of Beginning.
