WHEREAS, Pineview has agreed that, upon conveyance of either Parcel A or Parcel B a drainage easement over, across and through Parcel A shall either be conveyed to the purchaser of Parcel B, or reserved from the purchaser of Parcel A. The precise location of said easement shall be at the sole discretion of Pineview, provided z however, that such easement shall provide for the uninhibited use thereof; and WHEREAS, Pineview has agreed that, upon conveyance of either Parcel A or Parcel B a sewer easement across Parcel B shall either be --- conveyed to the purchaser of Parcel A, or reserved from the purchaser of Parcel B.
