WHEREAS, Pineview has agreed that, upon conveyance of either Parcel A or Parcel B a drainage easement over, across and through Parcel A shall either be conveyed to the purchaser of Parcel B, or reserved from the purchaser of Parcel A. The precise location of said easement shall be at the sole discretion of Pineview, provided z however, that such easement shall provide for the uninhibited use thereof; and WHEREAS, Pineview has agreed that, upon conveyance of either Parcel A or Parcel B a sewer easement across Parcel B shall either be --- conveyed to the purchaser of Parcel A, or reserved from the purchaser of Parcel B. The location of such easement shall be at the sole discretion of Pineview, provided however, that such easement shall provide for the uninhibited use thereof. 150169 NOW, THEREFORE, Pineview does hereby declare that this covenant is non - revocable, and shall continue to burden and benefit the Parcels of Parcel Map Waiver 26 -94, until such time as defined drainage and sewer easements over Parcels A and B are granted to the respective Parcels.
