The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by
ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map
3 eT
Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City
of Bakersfield, hereby certifies that the Parcel Map Waiver for the
hereinafter- described parcel of land complies with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City
of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
Said parcel of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of
Kern, State of California, is more particularly described as follows on
Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
WARREN F. BECK and JANE BECK, as Co- Trustees of the WARREN F. BECK
FAMILY TRUST, dated October 30, 1978 are the owners of the described
parcel of land.

Being a consolidation of Parcels 8 and 9 of Parcel Map No.
3705 per Book 19 of Parcel Maps at Page 5 in the Office of
the County Recorder, and also being a portion of Section 14,
T.30S., R.27 E., M.D.M. in the City of Bakersfield, County
of Kern, State of California, and more particularly described
as follows:
Parcel A
Point of beginning being the Southwest corner of said Parcel
No. 8 located on the North right -of -way line of District
Blvd.; thence NO degrees 21'25 "E., 180.00 feet; thence S89
degrees 38'35 "E., 100.00 feet; thence SO degrees 21'25 "W.,
180.00 feet to said North right -of -way line; thence N89 de-
grees 38'35 "W., 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
