The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances
_ of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line
Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby certifies
that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter- described parcels of land complies
with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and
Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State
of California, are more particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on
Exhibit B and are subject to the following development requirements:
1) Landscaping on each parcel shall be commensurate with those
developed properties adjacent to the site and those on the opposite side of the
Street.
2) Prior to issuance of a building permit, a preliminary soil report,
grading plan, and final soil report shall be submitted to and approved by the
City. The applicant /developer shall install a six foot high chain link fence or
equivalent adjacent to any body of water eighteen inches or greater in depth,
such as a canal or drainage basin, thereby making the body of water
inaccessible to small children
3) Occupancy on any parcel within this subdivision will not be permitted
until all required improvements have been completed by the
applicant /subdivider and approved by the City.
