The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by
ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers
and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby certifies that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter - described parcel
of land complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
r' State of California, are more particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and
shown on Exhibit B.

PARCEL 1
Being a subdivision of a portion of Lots 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and
32 in Block 205 of that portion of the City of Bakersfield,
formerly known as the Town of Kern, in the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, in Section 28, T. 29 S. R. 28
E., MDB and M as per map recorded January 12, 1889 in Book 1, Page
15 and 16 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County and described as follows:
Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of the above mentioned
Lot 32 of said Block 205, said corner also being a point of
intersection of the southerly right -of -way line of the alley within
said Block 205 and the westerly right -of -way line of Brown Street,
thence;
1) Northwesterly along the southerly right -of -way line of said
alley and the northerly line of Lots 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31
and 32, within said Block 205 N 73 °13110" W 175.04 feet, more
or less, to the most northwesterly corner of said Lot 26
within said Block 205, thence;
2) Southwesterly along the most westerly line of said Lot 26

portion of the City of Bakersfield, formerly known as the Town of
Kern, in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, as per Section 28, T. 29 S., R. 28 E., MDB and M, map
recorded January 12, 1889 in Book 1, Pages 15 and 16 of Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, and those portions
of Dolores Street, as vacated by Resolution No. 671 adopted on
August 30, 1948 by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the most easterly line of said Lot 32
within said Block 205, said point lying S 16 °46152" W, 100.00 feet
from the most northeasterly corner of said Lot 32 within said Block
205 and also being a point on the most westerly right -of -way line
of Brown Street, thence;
1) Northwesterly along a line that is parallel to the most
