The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by
ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers
and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby certifies that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter - described parcels
of land complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
State of CaliforAia, are more particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and
shown on Exhibit B.
STANLEY C. GRADY & WANDA E. GRADY are the owners of the described parcels

Being a division of a portion of Lot 1 in Block 22 of the Chester
Tract, City of Bakersfield, according to the map thereof,
recorded December 5, 1901 in the office of the Kern County
Recorder, situated in the Southeast quarter of Section 36,
Township 29 South, Range 27 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian,
County of Kern, State of California.

That portion of Lot 1 in Block 22 of the Chester Tract, City of
Bakersfield, according to the map thereof, recorded December 5,
1901 in the office of the Kern County Recorder, situated in the
Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 29 South, Range 27
East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, County of Kern, State of

COVENANT OF EASEMENT

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 65870 et seq. of the California
Government Code, the City of Bakersfield has adopted Chapter
12.60 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code, permitting creation of
required easements by recorded Covenants,
NOW THEREFORE, Stanley C. Grady and Wanda E. Grady by this
Covenant do hereby create an easement for ingress, egress and
Utility purposes over the following described property:
The West 25.00 feet of the following described property;
That portion of Lot 1 in Block 22 of the Chester Tract, City of
Bakersfield, according to the map thereof, recorded December 5,
1901 in the office of the Kern County Recorder, situated in the
Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 29 South, Range 27
East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, County of Kern, State of
Califnl -nia, described as follows:
The North 138.75 feet of the West half of the West half of said
Lot 11
TOGETHER WITH that portion of Buena Vista Street, adjacent
thereto, vacated by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
by Resolution No. 533 on April 11, i921,
Upon recordation of this Covenant, the burdens of the easement
shall be binding upon, and the ben= -fits shall inure to, all
successors in interest to the real property, until and unless
this Covenant is released in accordance with the procedure
specified in Section 12.60.030 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code.
