The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by
ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers
and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby certifies that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter - described parcels
of land complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
State of California, are more particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and
shown on Exhibit B.
JORGE MORALES & JEARETTE MORALES, GEORGE MORALES & JEARETTE MORALES
are the owners of the described parcels of land.

PROPOSED DESCRIPTION
Being a consolidation of those certain parcels of land shown as
Lots 17 thru 22, and the westerly 15.00 feet of Lot 23 of Block
95 in the City of Bakersfield, excepting those Portions of Lots
17 thru 21 conveyed by deed recorded Mav 25, 1988 in Book 6125.
Page 1895 of Official Records, in the office of the Kern County
Recorder, being a Portion of the city formerly known as the
Town of Kern, as shown on that certain map recorded January 12,
1989 in Book 1, Pages 15 and 16 of Maps, in the Office of the
Kern County Recorder, also being situated in a portion of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, T.
295., R. 28E., M.D.M., County of Kern, State of California, and
being more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL A
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 21; thence South
easterly on and along the southerly line of said lot, a
distance of 19.78 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
northeasterly a distance of 150.04 feet to a point that falls
on the northerly line of said Lot 17, said point being 16.24
feet easterly of the Northwest corner of said Lot 17; thence
southeasterly on and along the northerly line of Lots 17, 22
and 23, a distance of 112.52 feet to a point on the North line
of said Lot 23, distant thereon 10 feet from the Northeast
corner thereof; thence southwesterly on and along a line which
lies parallel with the easterly line of said Lot 23, 10 feet
westerly thereof as measured at right angles thereto, a
distance of 150.00 feet to a point that falls on the southerly
line of said Lot 23; thence northwesterly on and along the
southerly line of Lots 21, 22 and 23, a distance of 105.44 feet
to the true point of beginning.
