The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by
ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers
and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby certifies that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter - described parcels
of land complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
State of California, are more particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and
shown on Exhibit B.
JAMES KEITH WOMACK AND JAMES KEITH WOMACK & BOBBI HACKETT WOMACK are
the owners of the described parcels of land.

Chester Tract filed for record in Book 1 of
Maps at page 26, also being situate in port-
ion of the North of Section 36, T. 29 S., R. 27
E., M.D.M., and being more particularly
described as follows:

A portion of Lot 2 of Block 12 of Chester Tract filed for record December 5, 1901 in the Office of
the County Recorder of the County of Kern in Book 1 of Maps at page 26, being in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the south line of said Lot 2 of Block 12, 240 feet West of the
southeast corner of said lot, thence North, at right angle, 115 feet; thence West, at right angle,
167.65 feet to the west line of said lot; thence South, along said west line, 115 feet to the
southwest corner of said lot; thence East, along said south line, 167.65 feet to the point of
beginning.
