Being a division of that parcel of land shown as Parcel B of that certain Certificate of Compliance for Parcel Map
Waiver 35-87, recorded in Book 6063, Page 1465, O. R, in the office of the Kern County Recorder, also being a
portion of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, T. 29 S., R. 28 E., M. D. M.
Assessor's Parcel Number 434 - 030 - 04-00 -4.
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency
with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter- described parcels of land complies with the provisions
of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code
regulating divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more
particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
It should be noted that the preparation and recordation of a Certificate of Compliance shows that the division of land
conforms to the requirements of the Map Act only and should not he interpreted as the sole requirement for obtaining
construction permits.
WA77ENBARGER STAHL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a Joint Venture composed of KARL T. STAHL and BARBARA
O. STAHL, INC., a Cahforma Corporario i, and WA7TENBARGER ENTERPRISES, a California Corporation, are the
owners of the described parcels of land.

described in Certificate of Compliance recorded in Book 6059, Page
322, Official Records, and re- recorded in Book 6063, Page 1465,
Official Records which is a portion of Lot 1 of Tract No. 4171 in
the City of Bakersfield, Kern County, California, recorded May 12,
1980 in Map Book 30 at Page 26 in the Office of the Kern County
Recorder, being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of Tract No. 4171
recorded May 12, 1980 in Map Book 30 at Page 26 in the Office of
the Kern County Recorder; thence along the North line of said Lot
1, N89 °29'05 "E, 303.10 feet; thence S5 °43'03 "E, 250.11 feet to the
South line of said Lot 1; thence along said South line,
S81 °21'55 "W, 271.60 feet; thence continuing along said South line,

line, N89 °29105 "E, 31.77 feet to the beginning of a 1845.00 foot
radius tangent curve, concave Northerly; thence continuing along
said North line and along said curve through a central angle of
2 °5314311, an are length of 93.23 feet to the Northeast corner of
Parcel "B" of Parcel Map Waiver No. 35 -87 in the City of
Bakersfield; thence along the East line of said Parcel "B ",
