Being a consolidation of those parcels of land described as Parcel 1 on recorded page 888 of that Quitclaim Deed
recorded in Book 6644, Page 1934 and re- recorded in Book 6686, Page 885, O. R. and the exception in the Grant Deed
recorded in Book 4908, Page 1652, O. R., in the office of the Kern County Recorder, also being a portion of the NW
1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D. B.& M.
Assessor's Parcel Number 8- 191- 25- 00-2c.
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency
with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter- described parcel of land complies with the provisions of
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code
regulating divisions of land.
Said parcel of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more particularly
described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
It should be noted that the preparation and recordation of a Certificate of Compliance shows that the division of land
conforms to the requirements of the Map Act only and should not be interpreted as the sole requirement for obtaining
construction permits.
MARX REINER and CAREN REINER, as Joint Tenants are the owners of the described parcel of land.

Being a consolidation of those parcels of land described as
Parcel 1 on Page 888 in the Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 6644,
Page 1934, O.R. and re- recorded in Book 6686, Page 885, O.R., and
that portion of land described as the exception in the Grant Deed
recorded in Book 4908, Page 1652, O.R. said lands also being a
portion of Block 20 of the Chester Tract as filed in Map Book 1,
Page 13, in the Office of the Kern County Recorder and also being
in the NW; of the SET' of Section 36, T. 29 S., R 27 E
M. D. B. 6 M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:

Point on the West Right -of -Way Line of Oleander Avenue;
