Being a consolidation and redivision of Lots 15, 16, & 17 in Block Y of Baker Homestead Addition, according to the
map of said addition, recorded February 12, 1901, in the office of the Kern County Recorder, also being a portion of
the NE 1/4 of Section 30, T. 29 S., R. 28 E., M. D. M.
Assessor's Parcel Number 5- 301- 01 -00 -2 & 5- 301 -02 -00 -5.
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency
with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter- described parcels of land complies with the provisions
of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code
regulating divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more
particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
I1` shatl be cored that with application for any permit or further property division or boundary adjustment for either of
the proposed parcels,
a) existing substandard improvements adjacent to both parcels shall be repaired or replaced as directed
by the City Engineer; and
b) standard improvements, including but not limited to concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, handicap ramp,
street paving, and alley gutter shall be constructed adjacent to proposed Parcel A.
GERALD M STANCLIFF, TRUSTEE OF THE CLIFTON L. STANCLIFF TESTAMENTARY TRUST DATED

Being a consolidation and division of those portions of land shown
as Lot 15, 16 and 17 in Block "Y" of Baker Homestead Addition, in
the City of Bakersfield, Kern County, California according to the
map of said addition recorded February 12, 1901 in the office of
the County Recorder, also being a portion of Section 30, Township
29 South, Range 28 East, M.D.B. & M., being more particularly
described as follows:
Parcel A
All of the North 74.25 feet of Lots 15, 16, and 17 except the East
60.25 feet of Lots 15 and 16 in Block "Y" of Baker Homestead
Addition, in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California according to the map of said additions, recorded
February 12, 1901 in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
Parcel B
All of Lots 15, 16, and 17 except the North 74.25 feet of the West
61.75 feet of Lots 16 and 17 in Block "Y" of Baker Homestead
Addition, in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, according to the map of said addition, recorded
February 12, 1901 in the office of the County Recorder of said
