The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory
Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the
City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter- described parcels of land
complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the
City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
Said parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kem, State of California, are more
particularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD is the owner of the described parcels of land.

Those two parcels (A and B) of land created by a division of that
parcel of land granted to the City of Bakersfield by quitclaim deed
filed in Book 4975, Page 1517, official records in the office of
the Kern County Recorder, also being portions of Sections 25 and
26, Township 29 South, Range 27 East, M.D.M., City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
PARCEL A
Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of Oak
Street with the south line of 21st Street in the City of
Bakersfield, as described in above referenced quitclaim deed, said
point also being the northeast corner of the exterior boundary of
Parcel Map No.. 3673 filed in Book 17 of Parcel Maps, page 109 in
the office of the Kern County Recorder;
THENCE (1) North 89 °45'00" West, along said south line (at right
angles to said west line), a distance of 1536.93 feet;
