Being a consolidation of Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4 of City of Bakersfield Block 422 -D, according to the map dated March 10,
1904, filed in the Office of the Kern County Recorder on April 19, 1904, and titled "Sales Map of the Kern County
Land Company, showing Subdivisions of its additions to the City of Bakersfield, Kern County, California ".
Assessor's Parcel Number 4- 761 -04 & 4- 261 -05.
The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency
with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby states that the Parcel Map Waiver for the hereinafter - described parcel of land complies with the provisions of
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code
regulating divisions of land.
Said parcel of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more particularly
described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
THOMAS C. WEN and MORLEY H. WEN are the owners of the described parcel of land.

PARCEL MAP WAIVER NO. 23 -92
Being a merger of Lots 1 through 4 of Block 422 -D of the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California according to the
map entitled "Sales Map of the Kern County Land Company Showing
Subdivisions of its Additions to the City of Bakersfield, Kern
County, California ", filed April 19, 1904 in the Office of the
Kern County Recorder. Said land also being a portion of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 25, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M.D.B.& M.,
and is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the above said Block 422 -D,
said Corner also being the intersection of the South Right -of -Way
Line of 17th Street and the West Right -of -Way Line of "B" Street,
and the Northeast Corner of the above said Lot 1;
thence (1) S 0° 02' 05" E, along said West Right -of -Way Line,
121.95 feet to the intersection of the North Right -of -Way Line of
an Alley and the Southeast Corner of said Lot I.
