The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordi-
nances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers and
Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
hereby certifies that, upon recordation of grant deeds between owners with the
new legal descriptions to coincide with new parcel boundaries, the Lot Line
Adjustnent for the hereinafter - described parcels of land complies with the pro-
visions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of
the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
HERRICK HOLDINGS, LTD., as to Parcel 1; and J. L. DANDY COMPANY, JAMES L. BURKE
and BEVERLY F. BURKE, and CALK CO. as to Parcel 4, are the owners of the
described parcels of land.
Said parcels of land, being portions of Parcel Maps 6698 and 7622 and situated
in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, are more par-
ticularly described as follows on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.

Parcel Map Book 29 at Page 167 in the Office of the Kern
County Recorder, and that portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map
No. 7622, recorded October 29, 1985, in Parcel Map Book 32
at Page 120, in the Office of the Kern County Recorder,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Parcel 4; thence

feet; thence S45 040'48 "W, 141.42 feet; thence S00 040'48 "W,
