The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with
respect to Parcel Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and
acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby
certifies that the Lot Line Adjustment for the hereinafter-
described parcels of land complies with the provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16
of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land.

Being an adjustment of the boundaries of Lots 14, 15, and 16 of Tract No.
4047 as recorded in Book 28 of Maps, Page 122 in the Office of the Kern County
Recorder November 29, 1978, also being a portion of Section 24, T29S, R28E,
M.D.B. SM., and more particularly described as follows:
LOT 14
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 14, AS SHOWN ON SAID MAP; THENCE
(1) South 87 °54'44" East, 279.168 feet to the easterly line of said Tract No.
4047; thence - - -'
(2) North 00 °01'36" West along the easterly line of said Tract NO. 4047, 100.300
feet to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 14; thence
(3) South 89 °58'24" West along the northerly line of said Lot 14, 270.309 feet to
