�.,s Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel -Map Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein
on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby certifies that the Lot Line Adjustment for the
hereinafter- described parcels of land complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the
p 0 _I State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions
j+(pp lAi of land.
sr Said adjusted parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, are more particularly described on Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
It should be noted that the preparation and recordation of a Certificate of Compliance shows that
the lot line adjustments conform to the requirements of the Map Act only and should not be
interpreted as the sole requirement for obtaining construction permits.
KERN FINANCIAL RESOURCES, INC., is the owner of the described parcels of land.

LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 370
Being an adjustment of the boundaries of those parcels of land
described as lots 11 & 12 in Section 36, Township 30 South, Range
27 East, M. D. B. & M., City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
State of California, as shown on the Kern County Sales Map No. 1
of the Lands of J.B. Haggin, filed in the office of the county
recorder on May 3, 1889, and more particularly described as
follows:
PARCEL 1
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of
said Section 36;
(1) thence, along the south line of said Northwest quarter, North
89 degrees 08 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of 1321.66
feet, to the Southwest corner of Lot 11 of the "Kern County Sales
Map No. 1 of the Lands of J.B. Haggin ", filed in the office of
the Kern County Recorder on May 3, 1889, and the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
(2) thence, along the West line of said Lot 11, North 00 degrees
36 minutes 14 seconds East, a distance of 900.01 feet;
(3) thence South 89 degrees 08 minutes 14 seconds East, a
distance of 311.08 feet;
(4) thence South 00 degrees 51 minutes 46 seconds West, a
distance of 170.00 feet;

distance of 8.20 feet;

of the Kern County Recorder on May 3, 1889, said point being the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
(1) thence, along the South line of said Northwest quarter and
Lot 12 of said "Kern County Sales Map No. 1 of the Lands of J.B.
Haggin", North 89 degrees 08 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance
of 120.65 feet;
(2) thence North 00 degrees 51 minutes 46 seconds East, a
