The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency
with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein on
behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the adjusted real property described and shown on the
attached Exhibits "A" and "B" complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land. The above -
mentioned real property is a result of Lot Line Adjustment P96 -0044, being an adjustment of portions of land
in Lot 1 of Section 31, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M., according to the plat of said Section filed April 20, 1891,
in the office of the Kern County Recorder, said land being partly in the City of Bakersfield and partly in the
unincorporated area of Kern Comity, State of California.

husband and wife as joint tenants.

Being an adjustment of those portions of land in Lot 1 of Section 31, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M. according to
the plat of said Section filed April 20, 1891, in the office of the Kern County Recorder, also being partly in the
City of Bakersfield and partly in the unincorporated area of Kern County, State of California, and being more
particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1
Commencing at the northeast comer of said Section;
(1) Thence, S 000 43'24" W, along the east line of said section, a distance of 8.49' to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, said point also being on a non - tangent 1439' radius curve, concave northeasterly, having
a radial bearing of 01 ° 12'56" E;
(2) Thence, continuing southerly along the east line of said section, S 0° 43'24" W, 387.51;
(3) Thence, N 89° 06' 37" W, 360.25', to a point on a non - tangent 1500 foot radius curve concave to the
