with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein on
behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property described and shown on the attached
Exhibits "A" and 'B" complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and
Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real
property is a result of Lot Line Adjustment P96.0762, adjusting the boundaries of those portions of land shown
as Lots 4 & 5 on Tract No. 5478 Phase 1, fi led Apd1 1993, in Book 40 of Maps, Page 85, also being portion
of the E % of Section 17, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D. B. & M.
