The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency
with respect to Parcel Map Waives, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein on
behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property described and shown on the attached
Exhibits "A" and "B" complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and
Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real
property is a result of Lot Line Adjustment P96 -0879, adjusting the boundaries of lots 14 & 15 shown on the
map for TractNo. 5109, filed February 16, 1990, in Book 37 of Maps, Page 153, being also portions ofth SW
V. of Section 8, T. 30 S., R- 27 E, M. D. M.

AS ADJUSTED
Being an adjustment of those portions of land shown as Lots 14 and 15 of Tract No.
5109, Book 37 of Maps, Page 153; also being a portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8,
Township 30 South, Range 27 East, M.D.B. & M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:

1.) Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 14 of said Tract No. 5109, North 63 degrees
10 minutes 14 seconds West along the Southerly line of said Lot 14, a distance of 204.27 feet to
the Northwest corner of said Lot 14 and the Southwest corner of Lot 15 of said Tract No. 5109;
2.) thence North 05 degrees 28 minutes 55 seconds West along the Westerly line of said Lot 15,
