The undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by
ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map
Waivers and Lot Line Adjustments and acting herein on behalf of the
City of Bakersfield, hereby certifies that the Lot Line Adjustment for
the hereinafter - described parcels of land complies with the provisions of
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the
City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
Said adjusted parcels of land, being situated in the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, are more particularly described on
attached Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B.
JOSEPH T. RABRAN AND JOSEPHINE RABBAN, AS TRUSTEES OF THE
JOSEPH T. RABBAN FAMILY TRUST DATED JULY 22, 1981 are the owners
of the described parcels of land.

recorded February 17, 1977 in Map Book 26 at Page 187 in the
Office of the Kern County Recorder, being more particularly
described as follows.
PARCEL "A"
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 14; thence along
the East line of said Lot 14, S11 001'57 "W, 51.75 feet to an angle
point in said East line; thence continuing along said East line,
S11 025'23 "W, 67.46 feet; thence parallel with and 95.00 feet
North of the South line of said Lot 13, S89 050'06 "W, 179.28 feet
to a point on the West line of said Lot 14, said point being on a
330.00 foot radius curve from which point a radial to the center
of said curve bears S79 °09'11 "W; thence Northerly along said West
line and along said curve through a central angle of 16 °03'30 ",
an arc length of 92.49 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot
14; thence along the North line of said Lot 14, N63 005'41 "E,
65.64 feet to an angle point in said North line; thence

Point of Beginning.

the South line of said Lot 13, S89 050'06 "W, 154.49 feet to a
point on the West line of said Lot 13, said point being on a
90.00 foot radius curve from which point a radial to the center
of said curve bears S75 003'23 "W; thence Northerly along said West
line and along said curve through a central angle of 14 °48'48 ",
an arc length of 23.27 feet to the beginning of a 25.00 foot
radius reverse curve, from which a radial to the center of said
curve bears N60 °14'35 "E; thence Northerly along said curve
through a central angle of 29 °35'31 ", an arc length of 12.91 feet
to the beginning of a 330.00 foot radius reverse curve, from
which a radial to the center of said curve bears S89 050'06 "W;
thence Northerly along said curve through a central angle of
10 °40'55 ", an arc length of 61.52 feet; thence parallel with and
95.00 feet North of the South line of said Lot 13, N89 °50'06 "E,
179.28 feet to the East line of said Lot 13; thence along said
East line, S11 °25'23 "W, 31.31 feet to an angle point in said East
line; thence continuing along said East line, S00 °30'31 "W, 64.33
feet to the Point of Beginning.
